Return and Refund Policy

If you received a damaged or defective package, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you or we will issue a refund. Send us an email at CustomerCare@moyampepho.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we’ll make it right. You may be asked to provide photo evidence of the damage or defect, and we will process a replacement or full refund based on the issue.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees). Again, just send us an email at CustomerCare@MoyaMpepho.com with your order number and the reason you are not satisfied, and we will process your refund within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will ONLY be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
